Miriam N. Kotzin & Bill Turner Miriam N. Kotzin & Bill Turner are very prolific writers, both individually and as a couple. Their short fiction can be found in a number of on-line and print publications (visit their pages for the up-to-date information). As a collaborative pair they are working on a collection of short fiction and a novel. Together they edit the online magazine Per Contra: http://www.percontra.net Miriam teaches literature and creative writing at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA USA where she directs the Certificate Program in Writing and Publishing and is faculty advisor to Maya, the student literary magazine. Bill is a freelance web designer when he is not writing his fiction or plays.
